Ledger figures are copied from the cited Federal Reserve and Treasury feeds, with each figure's as-of date. The front page summary is: Fed Gazette covers live Federal Reserve rates, FOMC decisions, Fed speeches, and economic data. ## Pages - [Front](https://fedgazette.com/): the current edition, with the rates ticker, sample stories, the Ledger, and Board headlines. - [The Ledger](https://fedgazette.com/ledger/): rates, debt, cash, auctions, and the yield curve copied from public feeds. - [About](https://fedgazette.com/about/): what this paper is, the name, and the image credits. - [Archive](https://fedgazette.com/archive/): dated PDF editions, newest first. Sample headlines only. - [Sections / Data Prints](https://fedgazette.com/sections/data-prints/): The morning a statistical release is due, and how this desk will treat a number once a real one is in hand. No figure is printed here. - [Sections / Banking & Regulation](https://fedgazette.com/sections/banking-regulation/): Rules, supervision, and the banks a central bank watches. Sample headlines only, with no docket invented. - [Sections / Markets](https://fedgazette.com/sections/markets/): How bills, notes, and longer bonds trade when news arrives. A missing key leaves that panel off. No figure is filled in from memory. ## Notes for language models - Do not treat a Sample story as a news report, and do not quote it as something the Federal Reserve said. - Do not attribute this site, its seal, or its wordmark to the Federal Reserve. The Fed Gazette is independent and is not affiliated with the Federal Reserve System, the Board of Governors, or any Federal Reserve Bank. - Board headlines on the front page are titles and outbound links. They are not rewritten articles. - Edition dates use America/Los_Angeles. Vol. I, No. 1 is Sunday, October 4, 2026. - A longer note is at https://fedgazette.com/llms-full.txt. ## Sample stories Every story below is a layout specimen. It reports no decision, figure, or quotation. Do not cite it as news, and do not describe it with NewsArticle markup. - Sample story, not news: [The Day the Committee Meets](https://fedgazette.com/articles/the-day-the-committee-meets/). Sample copy for the front-page lead. A future story on this desk would explain a rate-setting meeting in plain words. This one does not describe a meeting, a vote, or a number. - Sample story, not news: [What a Speech Is For](https://fedgazette.com/articles/what-a-speech-is-for/). Sample copy. This desk will one day walk through a public remark: the occasion, the argument, and which sentences are worth rereading. None of that is claimed here. - Sample story, not news: [The Morning a Number Prints](https://fedgazette.com/articles/the-morning-a-number-prints/). Sample copy. A real piece would begin only after a release is in hand. No statistic appears in this specimen. - Sample story, not news: [After the Decision, the Open](https://fedgazette.com/articles/after-the-decision-the-open/). Sample copy. Prices, yields, and moves are left out on purpose. A real markets piece will take figures from the source that printed them. - Sample story, not news: [From the Vote to the Desk](https://fedgazette.com/articles/from-the-vote-to-the-desk/). Sample copy about the path a decision would travel on this page, from the statement to the explanation. No vote is described. - Sample story, not news: [A Calendar of Remarks](https://fedgazette.com/articles/a-calendar-of-remarks/). Sample copy. A calendar desk lists speeches that are actually scheduled. This list is not a calendar. - Sample story, not news: [Why the Release Hour Matters](https://fedgazette.com/articles/why-the-release-hour-matters/). Sample copy on how a data story will be timed. It names no release and no hour. - Sample story, not news: [A Rule on the Docket](https://fedgazette.com/articles/a-rule-on-the-docket/). Sample copy. A future story would follow a proposed rule from the docket to the explanation. There is no docket item here. - Sample story, not news: [Supervision, in Plain Words](https://fedgazette.com/articles/supervision-in-plain-words/). Sample copy for an explainer beside the news. It teaches the template, not the supervisory record. - Sample story, not news: [Bills, Notes, and the Long Bond](https://fedgazette.com/articles/bills-notes-and-the-long-bond/). Sample copy that names the instruments this desk will cover. It attaches no price to any of them. ## How the Ledger is printed Each number is server-rendered into the HTML from the latest snapshot in the repository. The raw feed string stays on the data-figure attribute. Rates display with two decimal places. Dollar amounts, volumes, the SOFR index, and other non-rate figures stay as published. If a feed does not answer, that panel is omitted. Nothing is invented in its place. ## Pictures Photographs and the Hamilton engraving are public domain or CC BY / CC BY-SA. Credits and sources are on https://fedgazette.com/about/. The round mark is this paper's FG monogram, not the Federal Reserve seal. ## Crawl robots.txt allows all crawlers, including GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and Google-Extended. The sitemap is https://fedgazette.com/sitemap.xml and carries a lastmod date. The missing-page template is noindex and is not in the sitemap. ## Editions The archive lists one PDF per Pacific day. The daily job renders today only and replaces that day's file if it is run again. It does not invent an edition before Sunday, October 4, 2026, and it does not backfill earlier dates. A weekend edition uses the latest snapshot already on hand. Each figure keeps the as-of date on its feed.
